Lead Salesforce Product Owner, Copenhagen
Application deadline: October 26, 2025
By harnessing the power of technology and social behaviour, we have created a personalization-powered, community-driven e-commerce platform with more than 75 million community members. We want to drive the Salesforce ecosystem across both B2B and B2C operations. You will ensure the platform delivers real business value, optimizes cross-functional processes, and builds stakeholder engagement throughout the organization.
You will have the mandate to drive change, experiment with new solutions, and set the standard for leveraging Salesforce on a global scale-up
As our Lead Salesforce Product Owner at Vivino, you will drive our Salesforce ecosystem, shaping its use across our B2B and B2C operations. This isn't just about managing a platform; it's about ensuring it delivers real business value, optimizes cross-functional processes, and builds strong stakeholder engagement across the entire organization. You will be the one to define the vision and roadmap, ensuring every change has a clear purpose and a measurable impact on our business. You will be reporting to our VP of Operations. The role is based in Copenhagen, Denmark, where you will lead a six-person team.
Your primary responsibilities will be to own and manage the Salesforce platform's product lifecycle, from vision to delivery. A key part of your success will be measured by your ability to:
- Set a clear product vision and roadmap for Salesforce across core business areas, including B2B Commercial Operations and B2C touchpoints
- Prioritize features, user stories, and platform improvements based on business impact and own the backlog
- Lead Agile ceremonies like planning, demos, and retrospectives to ensure a continuous and efficient delivery process
- Lead and manage the Salesforce team, including people development and performance.
- Convert complex business needs into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Deliver measurable process automation and efficiency gains, to reduce manual work by 20%
- Lead change management and communication to increase adoption and awareness, with a target of 80%+ Salesforce adoption across our Customer Service, Sales, and Operations teams
- Implement new business-critical use cases in Salesforce that lead to tangible improvements in efficiency, decision-making, or revenue growth
- Build strong stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and adoption, and collaborate on integrations with third-party tools (like CRM, billing, and accounts receivable platforms)
A strong business mindset and understanding of how Salesforce drives value across operational and commercial functions
While we prefer not to confine anyone within rigid categories, we imagine you will thrive and succeed in this position if you can showcase your experience or aptitude for many aspects outlined below.
Beyond your professional experience, you are the kind of person who is driven to make a real impact. You are assertive and proactive in your work, always focusing on how to deliver tangible value. You thrive on improving processes and are flexible and supportive when navigating change in a fast-paced environment. Your strong business mindset helps you understand how Salesforce can truly empower our teams, and you are a collaborative partner who can engage and align stakeholders to build a clear and transparent roadmap. You are passionate about continuous improvement and staying on top of the latest Salesforce releases and capabilities to ensure we are always at the forefront.
Furthermore, we would think you can demonstrate the following:
- Several years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role with responsibility for Salesforce solutions
- A strong understanding of Agile delivery models and proven experience in building and managing backlogs
- The ability to translate complex business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple domains
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional stakeholders, communicating at senior levels, and facilitating collaboration is essential
- Strategic thinking and prioritization skills to balance competing demands and own product decisions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- We imagine you are a Certified Scrum Product Owner(CSPO), Salesforce Admin, or relevant cloud certifications
