Lead the evolution of Vivino’s e-commerce platform
As a Staff Product Manager at Vivino, you will shape the future of our e-commerce platform and marketplace, driving product strategy and development to meet company objectives and customer needs. You will define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
In this role, you will lead across both sides of the marketplace. You will craft intuitive, engaging user experiences that convert effectively, ensuring a seamless journey from wine discovery to purchase. Simultaneously, you’ll lead the development of scalable tools and services for merchants and sellers, empowering them to manage their offerings, optimize performance, and deliver exceptional results.
Using data, user research, and market insights, you will make informed decisions to guide product development and evaluate the success of initiatives. Collaborating closely with product designers, engineers, and commerce stakeholders, you’ll ensure alignment, shared accountability, and successful product-led growth.

- Extensive B2C e-commerce experience (ideally marketplaces) is required
- Solid understanding of e-commerce metrics and KPIs, including conversion rates, marketplace take rates, and customer retention
- Experience with agile development methodologies and a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer-facing UX
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to influence diverse stakeholders and collaborate effectively with senior commercial stakeholders
- Direct experience working on products that heavily rely on algorithms, such as recommendation systems, search, personalization, or supply and demand matching
