Bridge the gap between university theory and real-world commercial strategy
As a Student Assistant in Vivino's B2C Commercial team, you will support some of our most critical commercial and strategic initiatives and gain hands-on exposure to how a global consumer app and marketplace drives revenue growth, pricing, and customer retention.
Reporting directly to and working closely with the Head of B2C Revenue & Growth, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business to help translate data and analysis into actionable steps that impact millions of wine lovers. This is a unique opportunity for individuals interested in commercial strategy, data analysis, and the decision-making and execution processes within a fast-growing tech company.
Your role will be covering three main areas of key responsibilities:
Project Management & Strategy Execution: You will support in driving cross-functional initiatives across Product, Finance, Marketing, and Operations. Your role involves structuring high-stakes projects, tracking progress, and documenting decisions to ensure momentum. Crucially, you will help translate abstract ideas into clear recommendations and implementation, ensuring projects are followed through from initial analysis to final execution.
Commercial Strategy & Pricing: You will analyze pricing models, promotions, and revenue levers to help build business cases and monetization strategies for new opportunities. Additionally, you will analyze competitor offerings, market trends, and customer behavior to ensure commercial decisions are based on in-depth market and customer insights.
Customer Growth & Insights Collaboration: Working closely with BI and Finance, you will analyze key metrics, including retention, Average Order Value (AOV), and subscription performance. You will translate these data points into hypotheses and initiatives designed to drive Customer Lifetime Value, while preparing insights and recommendations that support senior commercial leadership in decision-making.

We are seeking a curious, entrepreneurial individual eager to drive initiatives from concept to execution. You are a collaborative team player who excels in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments. Hands-on and pragmatic, you are comfortable navigating ambiguity and have a genuine passion for consumer products—ideally with an interest in wine culture. You are excited about joining an international, social workplace with a buzzing office close to the waterfront at Islands Brygge.
Beyond your mindset, you bring a structured and analytical approach to your work. You are highly comfortable working with data in Excel and Google Sheets, and you have strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail. You are a clear and confident communicator, capable of managing multiple stakeholders and complex topics simultaneously. While previous experience in analytics, consulting, e-commerce, or strategy is a plus, it is not required.
